Our church even took it one step further. When you arrived at our church, you would say that it looks like a commercial building like those you see in Makati. Like those glass buildings that have signs that read every business names housed inside that building. Our church also have those signs of different business names of travel agencies, kiddie schools, and in the future might have McDonalds or Jollibee. Those rented spaces not only improve businesses but also improves image. Just like in marketing, when you like to improve a company image, you would make commercials that gives the product branding. For example, you like your company to be cool and hip, you would advertise your product showing music videos with their favorite artist endorsing them, making them accepted by their idols. Now, if I have a business to look more holy and squeaky clean, I would rent out spaces in our church and get endorsements from glad-to-mention-it pastors.
