Is it true that the bigger the company is, the bigger the control? I just went to a café and was planning to upload some files over the internet, and I needed a program to install to their machine for me to accomplish this. But, when I asked one of the staff, he said that they can only run limited programs for their machine and needs some authorization. Of course, I do know this will happen because I already tried it before, but still with no luck. My only recourse is to go to a smaller café that is more flexible and lenient in the way things handled. So, is it true as the saying goes?
