Attack of the Clones

Nope, it’s not that movie again, but it’s something we must clone. It’s not sheep, or dogs that we must imitate, but something of utmost importance. Since I was little, we are fond of watching movies. Those super heroes who win every time in the end, which gives me satisfaction and a feeling of triumph. My relatives would buy me gifts of action figures, G.I. Joes that draws children of every age, size or color. After years have passed, our interests change, and we look for different things to fill our time and money, for we are never satisfied for anything we have. We always want something different, something that will tickle our imagination and gives us a sense of purpose. This is human nature. For this life we have is not a means to the end; there is something better than this, something that will give us that satisfaction and triumph. There is something ahead of us, a promise, the glory of God and hope in the future. Eternal Life. This is what we must strive for; this is truth. You may never believe in eternal life, and you may say that there is no god, but what IF there is. What if there is a promise given to those who love Him, and work towards the prize? It is God we must imitate; it is Jesus we must clone, in order to attain glory forever and ever. So, what are we to lose if we believe?
